This historic French string bean bears delicious, slender pods and does well in cool soil. This variety’s tiny gourmet green beans are best eaten when picked every 2 or 3 days while still very young and before any strings develop.

Growing Instructions
Instructions - Sow seeds outdoors after the danger of frost has passed and soil and air temperatures have warmed. Harvest frequently for increased yields.

I have grown this variety in the past and will again this year. I absolutely love them! They are not a heavy yeilder but they do produce well. Absolutely prefect for canned dilly green beans, oven roasting and the BEST I have ever come across for fine dining restraunts. Lj
